Welcome to CHOSEN SET (the "Site"). By accessing our website and purchasing our personal training services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

• Physical Readiness: By purchasing and participating in any training sessions, you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from safely engaging in physical exercise.
• Medical Clearance: We strongly recommend that you consult with a physician before starting any new fitness program.
• Not Medical Advice: Any advice, workout plans, or nutritional guidance provided during sessions or on this Site are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

• Inherent Risk: You acknowledge that physical exercise and training involve an inherent risk of injury.
• Voluntary Participation: You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury, illness, or damage to yourself or your property.
• Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chosen Set LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of your participation in our training sessions.

3. SERVICES & BILLING

• Payment: All payments for training sessions must be made in full through our secure checkout prior to scheduling or participating in a session.
• Cancellations: All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in a forfeited session.

4. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
